You lift heavy but can't touch your toes? This 6-week challenge bridges the gap between strength and mobility. Your PT will programme yoga-based flexibility sessions specifically targeting the areas that get tight from weight training — chest, lats, hips, and ankles. Two sessions per week, done at home, designed to make your lifting better, not replace it.
